Not Now Maybe Later has had a motion to revoke bond filed against him.
Update – I understand the motion to revoke bond was denied by the judge.
In the filing which can be downloaded here, at clause 4 we learn that NNML is facing a misdemeanor crime of assault and battery in that he unlawfully, willfully and we battered his victim, a woman.
Whilst the community is supposed to be about police accountability unfortunately a number of activists are currently suspected of committing crimes which have nothing to do with activism. In the case of NNML these alleged crimes include drug charges (meths) and Assault and Battery. The ability of someone to objectively hold Police accountable is questionable if they are currently committing crimes which have nothing to do with activism

What is the "we battered his victim?"

There seems a few auditors with long rap sheets that I have come to the conclusion that it's a way to earn money rather than because they are a strong advocate of civil rights.

IMO- The majority are in it for either the money or the fame (15minutes or less) with some taking both.

Yes it's about main source of income for most, they only became Strong advocates of CR when this auditor thing took hold, funny how their rap sheets before had nothing to do with civil rights, LOL

More complete court records are available under the resource tab for both cases involving Andrew D Brame (NNML). Obviously some duplicate the existing records previously posted but the case file attempts to put everything in a sequential order to make easier reading and understanding.

Friday May 10, 2019 may be a life changing day for Andrew Brame (NNML). A hearing is scheduled on a Motion to Revoke his Bond and Accelerate his sentence. Since his release from the original charge, NNML has accrued a number of legal infractions that violate the terms of his release. Attached is the fifth Motion to Revoke that has been filed in this case.

As evident in the Motion, NNML has shown a continual inability to comply with the conditions set forth by the court. Will this result in his going to jail? In my opinion jail is not necessarily the best place to get NNML the help that he needs, but if he refuses to comply with the conditions set forth for his release, jail maybe the only alternative available.
