West Coast. You can pretty much do whatever the *advertiser censored* you want and be back out at doing whatever it was that got you arrested in very short order, rinse and repeat at will.

Where else could a group of abject reprobates led by an AR-15 toting rapper declaring himself a warlord cordon off a 6 block CHOP Zone for an entire summer and authorities are "helpless" to restore any semblance of order thus sanity?

They would NEVER place him in Genpop. He'd be put in some dorm with 11 to 49 white collar criminals. Mostly the 40 and over crowd. 3rd DUI, child support, contempt of court, dancing with a postman after curfew, utensil violations, like putting the shrimp forks in with the cake forks, things of that nature that you'd usually call 912 for, the Leisure Police, rather than 911.
