And if it is an alias, OR SOMEONE ELSE'S IDENTITY BEING USED, if that's illegal, unless of course they gave permission. I have ZERO familiarity with the logistics and laws of Go Fund Me. Never ran one, never was the recipient of one.
My impression is that anything to do with banking or the E-transfers of money requires identification AND verification. I could be wrong.
Who would absolutely know, I imagine, are the member of the Gulfport city council if brought to their attention who may or may not have an interest in it. Who knows; if made aware.they may wish to contribute to it.
On a side note, your fezant would probably have gotten along famously with my duck, Amanda! She was very gregarious, very loving with her sister, Gertrude (named after Gertrude from Journey To the Center of the Earth), and unlike Snaggle-toothed Amanda, wasn't in the habit of calling everyone a "*advertiser censored*".
