that the police MUST follow and NOT the frauditors.
There has ALWAYS been a certain element who hate police and the criminal justice system, and rightfully so as they've fallen prey to and been adversely impacted by it due to nothing other their own unlawful actions.
Needing to place the blame elsewhere, rather than accepting their role in their own comeuppance, enforcement is the target of their hatred.
Sadly, Police policies enable a frauditor COMPLETE control over cops. They can enter a crime scene and in effect take over, and unlike in years past, cops have no say in this, they are basically inert. Paralyzed by the policies that allow civilians complete control.
Less blame for the frauditors and more blame rests squarely where it belongs. On the policies that transform police into nothing more than puppets held to the frauditor's fingers by strings.
Watch, once frauditors realize that they can pull over a police vehicle chasing a suspect's vehicle then demand name and badge number + a supervisor on scene, they will. Think they can't? Of course they can. Police dept. policies render police absolutely useless.
When it takes 8 cops 4 hours of pleading, begging, cajoling, crying, imploring, to get an unarmed, unlicensed Sovcit out of a vehicle, before they finally, and inevitably break the window and extract him, THAT'S a problem that goes well beyond the police simply being useless individually, which they certainly all seem to be, already mentally hogtied. Any who MAY be of some competency, the painfully few that may exist, are hogtied by policies.
