I was Watching a live chat by Wolverine Transparency on the arrest CRA Audits an Big WES Audits. Both refused to identify to an Ohio State Trooper after Trespassing at a State prison.He said that they should have invoked their 5th Amendment Right. Where do these fools get the idea that not identifying to Law Enforcement is protected under the Constitution. This is one of the fallacies spreading like wild fire on the internet, but is so totally wrong. If you are being investigated for breaking the law (say Criminal Trespass) you can be required to identify. According to OHIO – O.R.C. 2921.29(A)(1) you required to identify yourself when asked by Law Enforcement. When will fraditor actually research thing before looking like a total fool!!!!!

Where do these fools get the idea that not identifying to Law Enforcement is protected under the Constitution.

The major flaw with just about every frauditor argument is they don't realise specific laws, overrule generic laws.

Eg, right to travel, over ruled by trespass.
Right to record in public, overridden by trespass laws in buildings.
etc.
