I wish someone would sue DHS over this. It needs to be challenged considering there is no evidence a single attack has ever been foiled through the reporting of photography, video or surveillance.

Until said authority admits their propaganda was/is based on feel good presumption/conjecture (at best) millions of brainwashed, brain damaged, brain-dead (BBB) individuals will continue believing auditors are doing a disservice to national security with the harassment of journalist and citizens continuing forward.

I'm talking a real lawsuit, one where it comes out they knowingly created propaganda, lied and are forced to admit there is zero evidence that photography has anything to do with terrorism.

Sadly this is true. Its not like anyone even tried holding the CIA or NSA accountable for dropping the ball on 9/11 thanks to their misfeasance and malfeasance. Only to then play victim in front of every other government agency that constitutional rights got in the way of their duties when they were well within the bounds of both law and rights having acquired the necessary intelligence to arrest all 19 hijackers.
