What's with the "Bonds"?

Hey,

Not sure if this is the right place, Mods please advise...this is more of a SovCit, rather than a 1AA thing.

I'm re-watching one of Raj's vids, the one where that red-headed dude and his portly wife get arrested. You've seen it:


These clowns are real into the whole "Bonds" thing. They insist (to no earthly avail) that the cops need to provide proof of "Bonds", apparently some sort of insurance thing. These idiots are in a number of vids, and the subject seems to come up in all of them.

Just wondering what the source of this particular nonsense is. She's whining about Bonds as they're hauling her off to the hoosegow.That, of course, is hilarious.

The above is an old vid, and Ol' Red is now languishing in a gated community for causing a traffic fatality. But that poor child is stuck in the house with Mama Brat till he either wises up and gets the hell out, or becomes one of them. That's the real tragedy here.

This just shows the ignorance of the non-auditor people. You do realize that there have been multiple Bonds... Sean Connery is my favorite but if these particular officers cannot rattle off their favorite Bond then poor Chris and Laura should be free to leave as stated, codified, and enumerated in the first amendment!
